You know, I understand Pyramid Head... but the leapers are enemies of the living... and really dead, not just zombies.
Also, would Drac let these guys
and
pass their vacations in the Hotel? Sure, thechnically they aren't monsters (minus Pyro of course), but they still fill an antagonistic role (the brute, the evil genius, the cold assassins, the arrogant punk, the mad veteran...).
